I have a passion for leaders and am particularly drawn to working with CEOs and executives who have a growth-mindset and are willing to stretch to achieve great things. 

Through my own experience as a Vistage CEO member for almost a decade, I gained the tools and resilience needed to thrive in business. After successfully selling the IT professional services company I founded and grew over 18 years, it was a natural next step to pay it forward. Today, it is my honor to lead a diverse group of CEOs and executives who have a mindset of “No Limits” as they move forward with hope, courage, and optimism, to overcome obstacles and seize opportunities to achieve the dreams they have for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Outside of my work as a Vistage Chair, I am the founder and CEO of CyberRx, a cybersecurity risk and compliance company headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland. As an  authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO), CyberRx conducts CMMC assessments and issues certificates of CMMC status to organizations that support U.S. critical infrastructure, including the Defense Industrial Base.
